Refund and exchange policy:

At Suet Skincare, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, natural skincare you can trust. We understand that there may be occasions where a return or exchange is necessary. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Opened & Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened jars of moisturiser.

Exceptions apply only if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or has been subject to a recall.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible ( no later than 3 business days).

  • We will inspect the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement of the same item or a product of equal value.

  • Faulty products may also be eligible for a refund in certain cases.

3. Change of Mind (Unopened Products)

We accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • You may exchange for another item of equal value or opt for store credit (excluding shipping and additional charges such as taxes).

  • Returned items must be sealed, unused and undamaged.

4. How to Return a Product

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team here within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Deadline: Items must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
    If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

  • Return Instructions: We’ll provide step-by-step instructions once your return is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

6. Exceptions

Suet Skincare reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions, or if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalised
